What are your operating hours?
Our operating hours are 9am-11pm 7 days a week, 365 days a year but we provide a 24hr service for all our advanced bookings.

Where can I enquire about lost property?
Contact our office on 02086869629 providing your journey details and one of our staff members will deal with your query. Any item (s) found will be held in the company’s office and every effort will be made to return the item to the customer.
How much will my journey cost?
The cost of your journey will depend on the distance and time of day the journey takes place.
We have children travelling with us. Can you provide child/infant seats?
Yes. Please tell us the ages of the children and we can provide up to two child/infant seats free of charge per transfer.
Can I smoke in the car?
No. We operate a strictly no smoking policy in all our vehicles

How do I find my driver at the airport?
Our driver will wait in the arrival’s terminal with your name on our company card for our meet and greet service. For Pickup only, please wait by the pickup /drop off point outside.
How can I pay my invoice?
Your invoice can be paid using Direct Debit, Credit/Debit Card or BACs payment. Please contact our office for more information.
I am a business, do you offer corporate accounts and if so, how can I open one and what are your payment terms?
Annisa cars can tailor accounts to meet specific requirements. We would be more than happy to help you with this. Please ask to speak to our Corporate Account department on 020 8686 9629 or email accounts@annisacars.co.uk to discuss in more detail or use our enquiry from to send us a message. We offer 30-day credit facilities and once invoiced you can pay by BACS, Credit/Debit Card.
