A passenger between 2 to 15 years of age, is classed as a minor.
Annisa cars & Annisa Guardians will only accept unaccompanied minors with the consent of the parent or legal guardian.
When your child travels with us as an unaccompanied minor,we will arrange for an intial meeting between Parent, Guardian and Child to take place at your home. We will also require the Parent/Guardian to complete and sign a unaccompanied minor form prior to any journeys booked. We will ensure that your child will be cared for throughout the entire journey by our well trained staff. We operate a boarding pass system,once we receive your unaccompanied minor request and it has been approved by all parties,we will issue the parent/guardian with boarding passes this acts as a authorisation slip from departure to destination for each journey. It must be completed and handed over to the driver with all the relevant information.
Boarding Pass includes the child’s name, address and telephone number of person(s) meeting the child at the destination.
We ensure that unaccompanied minors are never left unattended throughout the journey. For safety and security unaccompanied minors will be seated at the back of the vehicle except in cases where there are siblings or additional child passengers travelling on the same journey.
At the destination, the unaccompanied minor is handed over only to the person or department stated on the Boarding Pass and a confirmation text message that the child has arrived safely and handover has been successful will also be sent to the parent or guardian.
In cases where a child is dropped off at an event or to another residential address or to nominated persons, satisfactory proof of identity must be produced in form of a Employment Id, Drivers licence,Passport,over 18's Id card or similar before the child can be handed over to the designated person on the boarding pass.
All our drivers have a tracking device that logs there entire journey.
We are also in the progress of incorporating a tracker app for our female guardians. Further details of this will be released when approved.
